Everyone deserves to achieve a healthy, beautiful smile at reasonable prices. With the PAY NO GAP Payment Scheme, you can undergo essential dental treatments with ZERO dollars out of pocket expenses!

With Pay No Gap, you don’t need to pay out of pocket to your dental provider as long as the health fund covers your treatments including check-ups, exams, X-rays, and fluoride treatment. On the other hand, you must be able to meet certain conditions.

Keep in mind that on the day of the treatment you must be currently insured, have your current health fund card, have not reached your annual monetary or service limits, and have paid your insurance premiums up to date.

What to expect at your first visit to dentist as New Patient?

If you are a new patient of Wellington Point Dental, upon your arrival, our friendly staff will provide a New Patient form, which must be filled out properly and completely. Be sure to provide your complete details and medical history as this allows your dentist to treat your specific dental concerns and create the right treatment program for you.

Even with dental insurance benefits, you are obliged to pay the full cost of the dental treatment at the time of your appointment if the above mentioned conditions are not met. In addition, if your health insurance doesn’t cover the full cost of a specific procedure or service, you must pay the remaining balance.

Wellington Point Dental accepts all health funds through Hicaps such as HCF, BUPA, Westfund, AHM, NIB, CBHS, Defence Health Fund, Australian Unity, CUA, HBF, GMHBA, Police Health, Teachers Health, Queensland Country Health and Transport Health. Our dental practice also accepts emergency Queensland Health Vouchers. Do you know that We are preferred provider for BUPA, HCF and Westfund? Yes, That means you get maximum rebates for your dental work done at your Wellington Point Dentist.

Use it or Lose it!

If you pay your dental insurance premiums every month, then take advantage of them and maximize them to your benefit! Health funds benefits will expire on December 31st, So be sure to use your benefits before the year ends. Keep in mind that unused benefits from the previous year will be lost by the first month of the following year, as the benefits reset annually.
